American Autogyro, is a division of Groen Brothers Aviation, Inc. (GBA). AA's two-place, enclosed cabin SparrowHawk III Gyroplane is an excellent entry-level, or additional, aerial surveillance vehicle for many law enforcement agencies. The SparrowHawk can provide eyes in the sky at a low aquisition and operating cost. With a 70 mph cruise, 100 mph top speed and 3+ hours of loiter time, the SparrowHawk offers an inexpensive, efficient means of aerial surveillance. Because of the aerospace quality standards that GBA has been operating under in the development of the Hawk 4 Gyroplane, AA has a highly skilled team and the technical tools at its disposal, including flight stability and loads data measuring and collection equipment along with sophisticated 3D modeling and finite element analysis capabilities, to ensure our gyroplanes are safe, statically and dynamically stable.
