GENESEO, ILL. (08/2/18) – Springfield Armory is offering one of their newly-released XD-S Mod.2 9mm pistols for auction on GunBroker.com with all proceeds benefitting the Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.).
Each year, between 140 and 160 officers are killed in the line of duty and their families and co-workers are left to cope with the tragic loss. C.O.P.S. provides resources to help them rebuild their shattered lives. There is no membership fee to join C.O.P.S, for the price paid is already too high.
The XD-S Mod.2 9mm up for auction features a frame less than 1-inch wide, and a slim profile disappearing under even the lightest clothing. Built on a time-tested platform, the XD-S Mod.2 in 9mm was designed to achieve maximum concealability while maintaining reliability.
