The EMX MK1A Zebra Crew-Served Thermal Weapon Sight is designed to be mounted on M-2, .50 caliber or M-249, 7.62 machine guns. This sight contains L3 uncooled sensor technology and is designed primarily for use on vehicles with a "gun tub" in the roof or on helicopters in a "door gunner" configuration. Should it becomes necessary to dismount from the vehicle or helo, the thermal weapon sight automatically switches over to internal battery power.
