When the designers at Elite Survival Systems set out to improve their Ultimate Shooter’s Mat, the question of size was of foremost concern. Rolling up a mat for travel and storage can cause the edges to curl, and folding a mat large enough to lie down on can be tricky and especially bulky. Elite Survival Systems’ revolutionary new folding-panel system allows the largest mat on the market to be collapsed smaller than any other folded mat, and carried as easily as a briefcase. The Epsilon Shooting Mat System features a main, foldable center piece with detachable, interchangeable panel inserts to create varying combinations for use during prone shooting practice, competition shooting, or operational positioning. A wide handle wrap and four buckles keep its collapsed form, measuring 36 by14 by 3  inches, secure during transport. When you’re ready to deploy it to the ground, simply unbuckle the closures and flick your wrist as you would spread a blanket. The Epsilon is constructed of heavy-duty, resilient 1000-denier nylon and has large, non-slip Toughtek pads to provide a stable shooting surface in various conditions. On the inside, it incorporates velcro loop areas and a MOLLE panel to hold the various accessory pouches that Elite manufactures, as well as a pocket for storage. When collapsed, the outside has a sizable zippered pocket on the front and covered D-rings on the back to allow attachment of shoulder or backpack straps. Elite guarantees this product for a lifetime.
