PentagonLight's MD2 LaserLight integrates two essential elements into one compact system: tactical illumination and bystander casualty reduction. This integration of the light and laser with the ARMS 17S compact throw lever mount reduces overall form factor. As a 6-volt tactical light system, the MD2 Xenon LaserLight is pre-configured with a 70-lumen xenon light. The light source is protected by an anti-scratch tempered glass lens and is focused to achieve the greatest distance and center brightness. The xenon bulb is damped against recoil by the internal spring-loaded back-plate deflection mechanism. The MD2 LaserLight features an offset visible red laser sight for target assistance and threat deterrence. The laser can be calibrated for windage and elevation with a laser bore sight kit.
