HT Holsters LTD, of Helsinki Finland, launched its product line in 2008 to meet the needs of Military and Law Enforcement agencies across Europe. After much success, the line was expanded to Asia and the Middle East marketing primarily to Law Enforcement and Military organizations. Jon Parsons, the CEO of HT Holsters North America, established the company in 2014 to introduce this innovative product line to the Americas. HT Holsters North America is the exclusive importer of HT Holsters LTD products and is located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Knowing that the firearms industry in North America is a thriving market, Jon recognized an opportunity to bring these Safe, Secure, Versatile, and Modular products to the U.S. The HT product line enhances Law Enforcement and Military agency capabilities as well as offers a wide variety of options to the civilian firearm carrier. In 2015, the HT Holster line was successfully tested and evaluated by Major Tyler Waterhouse and Captain Matthew Moulton of U.S. Army Civil Affairs for use by their tactical teams on deployment to Africa, Central America, and South America.
For the expansion into the civilian market, HT Holsters LTD chose to adapt and expand its product line to meet the needs of the individual gun owner, offering a system that allows the carrier to quickly attach or remove the firearm and holster when needed.
With Open Carry on the forefront of the public’s mind, HT offers innovative products with safe, reliable, and intuitive retention systems that can be quickly docked or undocked from waistband, to thigh, and various other mounting options. HT Holsters has recently enhanced its product line with a multi-holster adaptor that will allow other popular holster brands to fully integrate into the HT Belt Dock System (BDS).
