New Hampshire State Police Troopers Help Deliver Christmas Baby on Highway
A couple received quite the Christmas delivery Wednesday morning. Jacob Pachner and Brooklyn Whitney were expecting their son on New Years Eve. Instead, the child arrived a week early and on the side of I-93 south near Boscawen.
