Florida Police Officer Describes Preforming CPR on Bridge Collapse Victim
Sweetwater Police Detective Juan Llera rushed to the scene of the collapsed bridge in Miami Thursday, and administered CPR to a victim keeping him alive to be taken to the hospital.
