Police Rescue Bear Cub with Jug Stuck On Its Head

California police found a baby bear trying to scale a fence with a plastic jug stuck on his head. After one unsuccessful attempt to free the animal, two officials worked together to remove the container. Once it was free, the cub ran off into the woods unharmed.
