Man in Handcuffs Proposes to Girlfriend on His Birthday While Under Arrest

Most people who get arrested make a request to call a lawyer, but this man had another burning question on his mind. Police showed up to arrest Brandon Thompson, who had six active felony warrants for his arrest, during his 4th of July barbecue. It happened to be the same day he planned to pop the question to his girlfriend. A cop's body camera captured the moment he got down on one knee to propose in handcuffs.
