Wisconsin Officers Running in Torch Run for Injured Co-Worker
Like many other officers in the area, Appleton Police Officer Stephanie Wiener had committed to running in the Torch Run for Special Olympics, but when her recent injuries prevented her from doing so, three fellow officers stepped in.
