A man has been charged with arson after video showed him inside a restaurant with a flaming propane tank.

Deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in Florida responded to a restaurant on West Waters Avenue in Tampa at 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

When deputies arrived, they found the business filled with smoke and flames while a propane tank outside the building was also on fire. Video released by police showed a man identified as Rubiel Maceo Castillo, 53, with the flaming propane tank.

Deputies confronted Castillo, who was inside the restaurant holding two knives, before taking him into custody. The fire was extinguished.

Castillo is facing multiple charges including first-degree arson of an occupied structure.
