A speeding Florida driver who told deputy that he was in a hurry to use the bathroom apparently did have to go.

Lake County Sheriff's officials said that 24-year-old Carlos Adonis Ramos-Erazo urinated and defecated in the back of the deputy's patrol car after his arrest, according to The Daily Commercial.

The deputy pulled over Ramos-Erazo's vehicle for doing 75 mph in a 55-mph zone the morning of March 10 on U.S. Highway 27. His explanation was that he needed to get home to use the bathroom.

Ramos-Erazo then refused to get out of his vehicle, and when the deputy reached through the door to unlock it and remove the man, he drove off, striking his arm.

The man made it to his home on Beacon Ridge Way, exited his vehicle and ran, causing the deputy to shoot him with a Taser.

Enroute to the Lake County Jail, the suspect urinated and defecated in the back of the deputy's patrol car.

He was charged with fleeing, battery on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle on a law enforcement officer and resisting with and without violence.

The man was released from jail after he posted an $18,000 bail.
