Two deputies in Galveston County, Texas were honored on Monday after rescuing a woman trapped in a burning mobile home last week.

The dashboard camera of the sheriff's cruiser was rolling when Deputies Jesse Falcon and Natalie Wilson pulled the 64-year-old out of her smoke-filled residence in San Leon on Jan. 23, according to KPRC-TV.

Just before he was overwhelmed by the heavy smoke, Falcon spotted an arm in the back bedroom of the mobile home. He grabbed the occupant, and with the help of Wilson, dragged her to safety.

The woman was transported to University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she was treated for burns to her back, arms and face and for smoke inhalation.

The two deputies were treated on the scene for cuts from crawling through broken glass and smoke inhalation.

Deputy Jesse Falcon is a seven-year veteran and Deputy Natalie Wilson is five year veteran of the Galveston County Sheriff's Office.
