Pig Goes Hog Wild in Michigan Police Cruiser

Police in Shelby Township, Mich. had a sloppy situation on their hands after picking up a pig gone wild last Thursday night.

Debbie DeRiemaecker was doing yard work at her home on Wolf Drive a pig suddenly came barreling toward her, accoriding to WXYZ-TV.

After it chased her into the front yard before getting distracted by a decorative ball, DeRiemaecker call 911 laughing and reported her predicament.

Before she knew it, a police cruiser pulled up to her home.

Officer Kevin Treworgy decided to remove the pig from the scene, and placed her in the backseat of his patrol car.

In disbelief of the situation, the officer snapped photos and took a video that were later posted to the department's .

Unfortunately, the pig defecated in the cruiser, and kicked it all over the seat.

"Now we know why that pig is smiling in the first pic! Lol," the Shelby Township Police Department wrote in the post.

The officer found the owner, returned the pig and the owner was nice enough to clean out the officer's backseat.
