All three suspects believed to be involved in the shooting of an Oologah, Okla. police officer during a pursuit Thursday evening have been captured.

Alejandro Garcia, 30, was taken into custody shortly after 7 a.m. Friday morning in Liberty, Kan., according to KJRH-TV.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office had already arrested Roxanne Mendoza and Cesar Rios, who were both in Garcia's car at the time of the shooting.

The pursuit on Thursday began in Rogers County, Okla. during a routine traffic stop. Oologah Police Officer Charles Neill and a Talala police officer subsequently pursued Garcia's vehicle into Nowata County, where gunshots were exchanged on U.S. 169. The Oologah police cruiser ran off the highway and rolled over in a ditch.

Neill, who was originally thought to have been shot in the head, was injured by shrapnel or flying glass and is listed in stable condition at a local hospital.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is currently investigating the shooting.
