Video: Florida Deputies Catch Peeping Tom in the Act

Florida sheriff's deputies arrested an alleged peeping Tom on Saturday after he was caught with his pants down in front of a woman's bedroom window.

Francisco Javier Orozco Gutierrez, 37, was taken into custody following a brief foot chase with Volusia County deputies in Deltona, according to the sheriff's office. He was charged with indecent exposure, voyeurism, stalking, loitering or prowling and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The sheriff's office had received a report Aug. 16 concerning a man knocking on a woman's bedroom window before exposing himself to her at her sliding glass door. A public safety alert was sent out, and detectives searched the area and began an investigation.

Deputies set up surveillance of the woman's house Friday and Saturday nights. At about 8:45 a.m. Saturday, a man allegedly was seen looking inside the woman's windows with his pants pulled to his knees.

When deputies confronted the man, he fled on foot. He was quickly apprehended, and the arrest was caught on a body camera video.
