Racing Sausage Collides with Wis. Motorcycle Officer

MILWAUKEE --

There was almost a sausage down during the Opening Day Klement's Racing Sausages relay race.

The sausage was racing down Layton Avenue when it collided with a police motorcycle that was acting as an escort.

It does not appear that Italian sausage was seriously hurt.

The sausage was able to finish his leg of the relay.

The Polish sausage started the race and the Brat wrapped it up.
