To commemorate the 160th anniversary of the department, the Rahway (New Jersey) Police Department wanted to create a badge that would incorporate the past as well as the future. Taking inspiration from a photo of an officer from 1860, Smith & Warren were able to put that vision together.
Smith & Warren worked with Rahway PD to include design features that they liked to make sure they got the badge they wanted.
