Full Video: Chattanooga Councilwoman Coonrod pulled over

Full police video of Chattanooga City Councilwoman Demetrus Coonrod being pulled over for having an expired registration. She was not driving, but the man driving her vehicle did not have a license. After he was cited, Coonrod told the officer to call then Chief of Police Fred Fletcher, and asked the officer who her sergeant was. She then threatened to call the sergeant about the incident.
