Fallen St. Louis Police Officer's Son Graduates From Academy

Joseph Strehl was 2 when his father, Officer Stephen Strehl, was killed in the crash of a helicopter he was a passenger in during a training operation in Jefferson County with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in November 1993.
