NYPD Union President Slams Mayor's Moves

Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch attacked Mayor Bill de Blasio’s moves to eliminate stop, question and frisk, to decriminalize many quality of life offenses, and to take discretion away from cops on how to handle the situations they encounter.
