TACM III, Inc. has developed a LED lamp assembly interchangeable with the Xenon lamp assembly presently used in all of the company's TACM3 Flashlights. All an officer needs to do is remove the lens cap, remove the Xenon lamp assembly and then place in the LED lamp and re-install the lens cap. The LED has been program to provide 220 lumens of power when first termed on. The next click of the power switch places the LED into a 220 lumen strobe mode and the last click of the power switch places the LED into a 40 Lumen low power mode. The new LED is that it can be interchanged with the presently used Xenon lamp assembly so all users who present have/own a TACM3 Flashlight can replace their Xenon lamps with the new LED without having to make any changes or modifications to their TACM III flashlights.
