EPL 8N Emergency Power Light Tower

Aug. 20, 2007
Allmand's EPL 8N Emergency Power Light Tower is designed to provide a well-lit area for crime and accident scene investigations, fire and rescue emergencies, and natural disaster clean-up areas. Powered by an 1,800 rpm, 13.6-horsepower Kubota diesel engine, the EPL 8N features Allmand's SHO (super high output) lighting system. Equipped with four, 1,000-watt metal halide fixtures, the EPL 8N offers a standard light output of 440,000 lumens -- more than three times the light output of traditional quartz lights. Completely self-contained, the EPL 8N leaves emergency vehicles free to return to the department or respond to other emergencies while keeping necessary lighting in place for clean-up and investigation.
