July 24--Five adults and a juvenile were cited for fighting after a dispute over a food bill at a Myrtle Beach restaurant, according to a police report.
Officers were called at 2:30 a.m. Monday to the Aqua Beach Resort at 1301 Withers Drive for a large fight, police said.
After an investigation, officer learned that two adults and the juvenile had been at the Beach House earlier in the evening and allegedly walked out without paying their bill, according to the report. Employees had asked a clerk at the resort about the trio and the clerk said he called after seeing them in the pool area.
Three people, who are employees of the Beach House, came to the hotel and confronted the trio and a fight occurred in the pool area, according to the report. The fight continued into the parking lot and street located between the hotel and the bar.
Police cited the employees for fighting and they are: Brian John Gregory, 26, Katie Capalbo, 22, and Kaitlin Ashley Taylor, 23, all of Myrtle Beach. The two adults, who were accused of walking out leaving an unpaid bill, are: Raven Sierra Mumford, 20, and Donte Aldridge, 21, both of Toledo, Ohio. The juvenile, whose age was not listed, was given a juvenile summons for court.
The report did not list any other details such as the amount of the unpaid bill or if anyone was injured during the incident.
