Police are still searching for Kenneth J. Konias Jr., the Dravosburg man accused of shooting his fellow armored truck guard and stealing more than $2 million.

Pittsburgh police Lt. Daniel Herrmann said police received reports of sightings in other states, but they yielded nothing. Herrmann declined to identify the states.

Police filed an arrest warrant Wednesday charging Konias, 22, with homicide, robbery and theft. He is accused of fatally shooting Michael Haines, 31, of East McKeesport, on Tuesday, while the two worked for Garda Cash Logistics.

Police and Garda employees found Haines` body in the cargo area of the truck while it idled on 31st Street in the Strip District near the company`s facility. Video surveillance showed Konias running toward his Ford Explorer a few hours before Haines` body was discovered.

Garda has offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to the capture and conviction of Konias. Anyone with information is asked to call Pittsburgh police at 412-323-7161 or 911.

His case is featured on the FBI's website as its case of the week.
