Feb. 07--State police cited a Dallastown man after he spit at a patrol car early Sunday morning.
Troopers were on patrol in the area of South Queen Street at Clover Hill Road in York Township about 12:10 a.m. when Jeffrey Wayne Pearson, 46, tried to spit on the trooper's police car, according to state police.
The troopers stopped and charged Pearson with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, police said.
Pearson was walking along the road and was visibly intoxicated at the time of the incident, police said.
