Sheriff's Investigators and members of the Sheriff's Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at 615 Saratoga St., where the exterior of the residence and the hallway had hidden audio and video surveillance systems and the suspects attempted to barricade the door as SWAT team members tried to enter.

Stephen N. Harper, 32; Alkindo R. Harper, 24; and James Mayotte, 41, were all charged with third-, fifth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. They will be arraigned in Cohoes City Court.

Bentley was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. She was released on appearance tickets for Cohoes City Court on Dec. 22 at noon.
