Conn. Bust Yields Drugs, Cash, Three Suspects

Police say over one pound of marijuana, more than 170 Oxycodone pills, packaging material, scales, over $500 cash and other evidence were found in the home.

WATERTOWN, Conn. -- Police seized drugs and cash and arrested three men during a drug bust at a Buckingham Street residence on Friday.

Police say over one pound of marijuana, more than 170 Oxycodone pills, packaging material, scales, over $500 cash and other evidence were found in the home, located at 491 Buckingham Street.

David Tracy, 21 and Edmund Ainsley, 22, both of whom live at the address, are charged with possession with intent to sell, possession with intent to sell within a school zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia in a school zone, possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana in a school zone, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics in a school zone, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within a school zone.

Tracy was released on a $20,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Dec. 6 at Superior Court in New London. Ainsley was held on a $20,000 and was arraigned Monday.

Michael D'Angelo, 21, of Waterbury, was also arrested. He is charged with possession with intent to sell, possession of marijuana in a school zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia in a school zone, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.

D'Angelo was released on a $2500.00 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 6
