One Killed, Another Wounded in N.C. Shootings
GREENSBORO, N.C. -- One person was killed and another was injured early this morning after they were shot near a club on Tate Street.
Greensboro police said two people were shot at 12:20 a.m. Monday near Club Drink at 328 S. Tate St. Police did not immediately identify either victim.
Police said the surviving victim is being treated at Moses Cone Hospital. That person's condition was unavailable Monday morning.
Police said two possible shooters were last seen running south on Tate Street. Police have made no arrests and gave no motive for the shooting.
The shooting happened near a private club that is the former home of Tate Street Billiards and other nightclubs.
