Police: Off-duty officer killed downtown

Police have named the off-duty Massachusetts officer who died early Friday morning. According to IMPD Public Information Officer Kendale Adams, the murder victim is 27-year-old Sean Cooney, a part-time officer with Rutland Police Department in Rutland, Mass.
