    Thomson Delmar Learning's EMT Basic Refresher Education Online is a learning system designed to help busy EMT-Basic professionals recertify. Seven content modules review required refresher material corresponding directly to the United States Department of Transportation National Standard EMT-Basic curriculum. With advanced testing and assessment this learning system provides a way for EMTs to assess and enhance their skills. The online content meets the NREMT-Basic refresher requirements and provides a convenient way for EMTs to apply the number of state approved hours for online training toward recertification. This continuing education activity is approved by the Continuing Education Coordination Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS) as a continuing education activity. If used as refresher training, this activity must be approved by the appropriate EMS agency. Administrative management tools along with progress tools designed for the individual are provided to help manage and build an ongoing learning plan.
