Koldcare provides the optimal relief for burns with innovative burn dressings. Koolaburn dressings are made from 100 percent polyester material impregnated with a 96 percent water-based gel. Despite the gel is made mostly of water, it does not leave any residue behind or get into the wound. The cooling action is cause by evaporation, eliminating the need for previous refrigeration. The sterile dressings are designed to cool the burn while preventing the spread of the burn. Because the dressings are available in rolls, they can actually be wrapped around an injury for total contact.
