    E. V. S. Ltd. has improved their EVS1700 Attendant Seat with the new EVS1780. Like the EVS1700, the EVS1780 features seamless constructiono that is compliant with OSHA's standard for removal of blood borne pathogens. The EVS 1780 is designed primarily for Type I and III ambulances with a 12-degree stationary back. The extra0tall seat back has built-in lumbar support and is ergonomically correct to minimize neck and back injuries. This provides greater protection in addition to providing a more comfortable ride. Contoured, molded foam bolsters combined with a new shoulder harness help to keep the attendnt's body in the seat during an emergency call.
