A Florida judge on Wednesday enacted a policy barring law enforcement officers from wearing their uniforms or other insignia while watching the trial of alleged cop-killer Brandon Bradley.
Brandon Bradley is accused of fatally shooting Brevard County Sheriff's Deputy Barbara Pill on March 6, 2012.
According to Florida Today, Judge Morgan Reinman enacted the policy -- which applies to those watching the trial from the gallery -- after one of Bradley's attorneys argued that a "sea of blue or green" would influence the jury.
Witnesses and court deputies can still wear their uniforms during the upcoming trial.
