HUSTONTOWN, Monday, Oct. 31, 2011 -- A 14-year-old girl from Fort Littleton was charged recently with underage consumption and aggravated assault after an incident at Forbes Road High School.

Pennsylvania State Police, McConnellsburg, were called to the high school in Taylor Township around 11:55 a.m. Wednesday for an intoxicated student, according to police. Police determined that the student had been drinking alcohol. She became belligerent and combative. She was taken to the state police station near McConnellsburg.

When troopers noticed she was trying to get out of her handcuffs, they knelt down to put on leg shackles on her, police said. She allegedly kicked a 47-year-old trooper and 42-year-old trooper in the chest and arms.

Police called the Fulton County Juvenile Probation Department to place the girl.
