HENDERSON, Nev. --
A teenager who stole a Henderson police SUV Wednesday morning has been arrested, police said.
The 19-year-old man arrested on a burglary charge had been handcuffed and seated in the back of the SUV, police said.
While officers, who were just a few feet from him, left him unattended, the man got the cuffs in front of him, squeezes through a gap in the plexiglass divider and into the driver's seat.
After he took off, police used GPS to track the SUV and rearrested the man.
