ATLANTA --
An Atlanta police officer was driving along Centennial Olympic Park Drive when a driver traveling west bound on Baker Street struck him.
The driver said his brakes failed and he couldn’t stop, according to reports.
Emergency crews said the officer was entrapped in the patrol car for a short time. He was taken to Grady Hospital.
