Field Training Officer

This course features the legally defendable and standardized training and evaluation process being used by agencies across the country and which has been adopted by the CALEA accreditation standards. You will learn about the FTO program structure, how to modify it, key elements, and documentation requirements. Remedial training action plans to address employee performance deficiencies will also be discussed.
