This course is designed to assist officers and/or new investigators who have little or no knowledge of working and/or conducting an Armed Robbery investigation. The course is also designed to assist officer and/or new investigators in developing a workable operational plan pertaining to the development and/or drafting of a successful Armed Robbery surveillance. The course was developed for smaller departments with limited budgets and manpower. Course covering: 1. First responders to a Armed Robbery 2. Crime Scene A. Maintaining crime scene integrity. B. Properly working a crime scene. 3. Interview and handling of witnesses. 4. Interviewing and handling of suspects. 5. Planning an operational order.
