Program Development and Leadership for Law Enforcement Managers

This course focuses on the development, management and leadership of programs within law enforcement agencies. You will learn a process for developing and implementing projects that can be applied to any law enforcement function including crime problems, traffic situations, equipment acquisition, personnel realignment, and more. As part of the course, you will also take part in a group project where you will develop a staff study and make a formal presentation in a staff review setting.
