The Cold Case Seminar is a 3 ½ day course designed to provide the investigator with an overview of the NCIS Cold Case Methodology and Protocol. A wide range of investigative steps, to include the use of non-traditional investigative techniques, will be covered in depth during the course of instruction. The methodology and protocol will be illustrated through case studies of successfully resolved cold homicide investigations.
