School of Police Staff and Command

The School of Police Staff and Command (SPSC) prepares law enforcement managers for senior positions by combining academic principles with practical applications. The program is intended for mid and upper-level supervisory personnel, and participating students are expected to have at least two years of supervisory experience. SPSC focuses on four main components: understanding management, law enforcement management and environment, human resource management, and skills for planning and analysis.
