The Peacekeeper RCB has been specifically designed to stop a threat immediately.  This is done by redistributing the weight into the striking area of the baton, rather than in the handle.

Ø   In a 10 month NIJ study on impact weapons, the Peacekeeper RCB outperformed ALL Straight Batons, Side-Handle Batons, and ALL expandable batons tested.

Ø  Though the Peacekeeper Baton is a friction lock design, Peacekeeper improved the friction lock concept with their patented joint lock design that incorporates “CNC machined ” strike tubes, and broader friction lock joints rather than formed strike tubes. 

Ø  The RCB has a flat extended tip made from hardened steel which reduces the chance of developing sharp burrs that can result in lacerations or exposure to blood borne pathogens.  This enlarged tip also provides the ability for the baton to be expanded in tight quarters by pulling on the tip of the baton. 

Ø  A Santaprene rubber grip is standard on all Peacekeeper Batons. Santaprene rubber has been known to have a high friction coefficient and is also used as an aftermarket firearms grip material.

Peacekeeper Products also offers a patented Locking Rotational Holster and several optional End Caps making this a desired Less Lethal option.
