NYPD Officer Collapses, Dies While On Duty
An NYPD police officer suffered a fatal heart attack Tuesday morning while on duty.
Officer Juan Feliciano was transporting bikes to a department facility in Brooklyn when he collapsed at Floyd Bennett Field shortly after 10 a.m., according to The New York Daily News.
The 44-year-old officer was pronounced dead at Lutheran Medical Center after attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.
The 21-year veteran of the New York Police Department was assigned to the 28th Precinct.
Funeral arrangements are pedning.
