NYPD Officials Say Anti-Semitic Threats Meant to Create Fear

NYPD's deputy commissioner for counterterrorism said anti-Semitic threats called in to synagogues and other Jewish centers seem to be "geared toward creating fear, wreaking havoc, causing evacuations, causing disruption" rather than a terrorist plot.
