'Slow-Speed' California Police Pursuit Ends With SUV Driving Off Parking Deck

Police say a driver in Pomona, California, led them on a :slow" chase for hours before driving off a parking deck and falling onto the street below. The driver survived and was taken to the hospital while in police custody. It was not clear if charges have been filed. Police say the driver ended up in a cul-de-sac and somehow found his way to an elevated parking lot where the vehicle flipped over a fence.
