Video Shows Witnesses Try to Stop Alleged Hit-and-Run Driver

Some Miami residents took the law into their own hands and confronted an alleged hit-and-run driver. A witness got cell phone video of people preventing the driver of an SUV from leaving the scene after he allegedly hit several cars. Cops say 25-year-old Maxwell Lagutenko crossed a median into oncoming traffic and struck a car, then crashed into two more vehicles while trying to leave the scene.
