Going beyond typical ALPR software, which notifies users when a plate read matches a watch list, 3M’s Plate Alert Software features pattern management alerts. Designed to proactively provide relevant information and actionable insights in near real-time, pattern alerts ensure almost all of the work is done before an officer even looks at the data. Notifications are sent when the system detects activity matching a pre-defined pattern that may suggest illicit activity.
