What to Know

  • Funding will support new product development, increased manufacturing capacity, and broader deployment of drone-first response programs.
  • BRINC's revenue more than tripled in 2025, with a fivefold increase in monthly production capacity.
  • The company's drone systems are integrated with Motorola Solutions' platforms and are interoperable with other emergency response technologies.

SEATTLE, Washington -- BRINC has secured a $125 million funding round to expand production of its public safety drone platforms and accelerate deployment of drone-first response programs for police and fire agencies across the United States.

The financing round, led by Motorola Solutions with participation from Index Ventures and Dylan Field, founder and CEO of Figma, brings BRINC's total capital raised to more than $250 million. According to the company, the investment will support its goal of deploying 911 response drones at approximately 80,000 police and fire stations nationwide.

The funding will be used to expand BRINC's domestic manufacturing operations, develop new products and increase its sales and deployment capabilities. The company said it plans to move into a new manufacturing facility by the end of the year that will be three times larger than its current factory, increasing production capacity to meet growing demand from public safety agencies.

"Every second matters in an emergency," said Blake Resnick, founder and CEO of BRINC. "Our 911 response drones put eyes on scene before first responders arrive, giving everyone the situational awareness they need to act decisively and keep people safe. This investment enables our organization to build more products, expand our manufacturing capacity, and put a drone on the roof of every police and fire station in America."

According to BRINC, the company more than tripled its revenue in 2025 while increasing monthly production capacity fivefold. It also reported signing nearly four times as many 911 response drone contracts this year compared with the same period in 2025.

The company said agencies adopting its drone technology include the Los Angeles Fire Department, the St. Louis Police Department and hundreds of other public safety organizations nationwide.

BRINC manufactures drone platforms designed for a range of public safety missions, including indoor tactical operations, extended incident response and drone-as-first-responder programs. The company also said its systems integrate with Motorola Solutions' public safety technology platform and are interoperable with other public safety technology providers, allowing agencies to incorporate drones into existing emergency response workflows.

For law enforcement and fire agencies, the investment signals continued growth in drone-as-first-responder programs, with expanded manufacturing expected to improve product availability as more agencies incorporate unmanned aircraft into emergency response, situational awareness and incident management operations.
